Accreditation is not given easily

To achieve Best Practice accreditation, offices must:

  • Attend a comprehensive training program.
  • Develop systems and documented procedures to fully describe all aspects of the core business of selling and leasing property.
  • Develop and document comprehensive office management systems
  • Submit an Office Procedures Manual to an independant, qualified Quality Systems Auditor.
  • Regularly review and update their quality systems.
  • Satisfy requirements of annual re-accreditation.
  • Attend on-going training to keep updated and identify opportunities for improvement.
