Originally trading as Derwent First National Real Estate, Chris & Julie McGregor went into partnership with Don Neil in 1994. Chris McGregor was appointed Managing Director of the company, during that time Don developed the highly successful and award winning hotel/motel - The Old Woolstore.

In 1995 Julie McGregor took on the role of Property Manager, quickly establishing herself as one of the most respected professionals in the field.

In 2002 Chris & Julie purchased Don's share in Derwent First National Real Estate and McGregor First National Real Estate was born.
