Dear Chris, My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to three of your staff members for their handling of our house sale and finding a lease property which we are sure we will be happy with. Firstly, Tony Ellerton, our initial contact, has from the outset acted in a professional manner yet tempered with a friendly understanding for elderly clients.
